Gourmet sandwiches

STREAT has a new seasonal menu! This spring on our food cart in Melbourne University Student Union Ltd, we're doing a new set of gourmet sandwiches. Our sandwiches are $8.50.

• Spanish slow-roasted beef with romesco sauce, fresh parsley and manzanilla olives
• Chicken san choi bao
• Lemongrass pork with nuoc cham Vietnamese mint and crushed peanuts
• Pan-seared haloumi with pickled red onions and zhoug, a spicy Yemeni paste made from chilis, coriander, caraway and cardamom

With the exception of the bread, all ingredients are made in our production kitchen by STREAT trainees as part of their hospitality certificate.
